We are frequently called upon as expert witnesses to provide fine
art and antiques expertise and have extensive experience of appearing
in court.
We are pleased to work with legal representatives
in the preparation of arguments and evidence. In many cases we have
successfully assisted in securing solutions without the need for
court action.
We compile inventories and expert opinion on the
legitimacy, condition and value of items under review. If required
we research the history and provenance of specific items.
We cover the entire field of antiques, fine art
and jewellery and can also call upon expert opinion for valuations
of modern items of value. Operating from our Sussex office, we take
on assignments throughout the United Kingdom and overseas.
